North Portland Bike Works

This is another non-profit organization in the area.  It doubles as a repair shop and community learning center that provides information, resources and skill-sharing programs.  The community repair night that takes place every 2nd Tuesday empowers the riders to learn how to work on their bikes and help others fix theirs.  This is a great way to meet some fellow bikers!
