I am soooo excited to announce a new member to our real estate team. With a strong background in sales and a sincere and keen intuitive sense to listen AND hear the client, we are excited to have him on board. He has several forte’s that will benefit our growing group but he is currently specifically assisting with:
- Hosting open house events (he is really there to sell the home and not to pick up buyers)
- Managing our bank owned listings
- Running home comparables for both listings & buyer offers
- Following up with website inquiries to assure nobody is overlooked
- Working as our rural lots & land team expert!
In addition to being part of the McDonald Group Realtors, Larry is also my dad! When I was younger he had an amazing skill to home in on my whereabouts and who withs, I NEVER would have thought that this talent would be so beneficial in finding home values, home matches for clients, and property information gathering!
