As many of you already know I LOVE Happy Valley and the opportunities to invest there! On May 30th the City of Happy Valley is hosting a Happy Valley City Wide Tour of properties for sale… with over 259 homes (not including condos or townhomes) currently for sale that is ALOT of touring, even if only 1/2 of them participate you couldn’t possibly tour them all.
