I find myself having to call the listing agents of short sales all the time with the same questions, over and over and over. Even the “famous” ones (well they are the worst actually) do little in their listings to help me out (or other real estate agents for that matter). Please short sale listing agents, note answers to the following in the agent remarks of your listings so I don’t have to bug you!!!!! Every short sale is different!

I just toured a great home in West Linn two days ago that was a REO bank owned, it went pending in less then 4 days. A GREAT find and in really good condition for $450,000. Here’s the line up of bank owned homes today! I don’t think I saw any for Happy Valley in here; that’s a great sign that things could be improving as there is a decrease in Happy Valley REO “just listed” this last week! 
I watch every day to see what’s going on with bank owned listings. It gives me an idea of what price range is struggling, how my listings are effected by the inventory increase, what areas are getting hit, etc. I’ve been posting the bank owned properties daily on my twitter but I will try to bring them here every day or two as well!
