The Ultimate Open House is one of our favorite events of the year, with 43 new construction homes opening their doors to prospective buyers. For two weekends only, you’ll be able to tour new construction condos, town homes and custom-designed homes crafted by the area’s top builders. The homes are located throughout the Portland metro area, and our builder Tom Liesy of TA Liesy Homes NW will be showcasing some of his fantastic custom-built new construction homes in Happy Valley – or what he calls “Happy Value”!

The 2011 Ultimate Open House will be held May 13-15 and May 20-22. Fri., Sat. & Sun. 11am – 5pm, and the events is free, free, free! Guidebooks will be available at each of the five host sites.
