I have been a lover of the Palazzo Custom Homes for years now and what they are doing to improve our Portland neighborhoods is fantastic! Do you hate the skinny towering infill homes as much as I do? They have a better looking alternative looking bungalow that fits right in instead and IMPROVES the neighborhood (see if you can identify it in the link below). You most frequently will find the Palazzo in the inner NE/SE & North Portland ares but I was really excited to see that two have surfaced in West Linn.
The upgrades they do as a default in each of their homes and the quality of the construction is well above par. The pricing is affordable, they work closely with Earth Advantage (I even ran into one of their Green Inspectors showing one of their listings) and the homes look amazing! … anyhow, I just can’t say enough!
