On May 30th the City of Happy Valley is hosting a Happy Valley City Wide Tour of properties for sale… with over 259 homes (not including condos or townhomes) currently for sale that is ALOT of touring, even if only 1/2 of them participate you couldn’t possibly tour them all. A guide book & map will be made available at the starting point of your self guided tour.
