As usual we have an abundance of homes priced under $200! This should keep the first time home buyers moving (assuming they can find something that’s financeable!).  I’ve seen the bank owned listing trickle a bit this last week; remember you can catch the bank owned homes here in Portland daily on my Twitter Account!
