I noticed some nice ones pop up in the REO listings today; I am particularly interested in the one off of Swift Shore in West Linn! GREAT neighborhood, schools, location & potential! Listed at $475,000 just two months ago it has just popped on for $319,000! (This one will likely generate multiple offers…. don’t lowball if you really want it!)

The link to today’s bank owned listings is linked below; nothing real exciting … alot of property under $230,000 as usual. There is a brownstone in here located up in Forest Heights (one of my favorite neighborhoods). Those particular townhomes were having HOA litigation issues for a while but I think they are resolved or close to being resolved; that should really help to get those units moving again.

Wow! The one on 13428 SE KANNE RD in Happy Valley is a great price & home; $357,000 and under $90 per sq. ft. I expect it will sell over asking. There are some good ones in here but as usual most of these are the less expensive $250,000 and unders that are best for first time home buyers and of course if they are beat up enough that they won’t finance then the investors can jump in for the kill with that cash they pulled out of the market!

Wow! More John Ross Condos today!~ (Are you keeping an eye on those Adam?). There is also a condo in Lair Hill Condominiums, those are great condos by the way. There’s a higher end one in here for Happy Valley..I’m seeing the great deals in Happy Valley beginning to disappear as the REO inventory there goes quick and has slowed.
