Kinda Cool! The administration has launched a website that allows homeowners to determine if they are eligible for mortgage payment reductions through the refinancing or loan modification program. I haven’t tried the site out yet myself but at a glance it looks pretty simple. So far what I’m hearing from clients trying to stay in their home is that it takes some time once you apply to know for certain… 2-3 months is what I’ve heard… I’m curious to know what results you are getting out there. -Kristie McD.
